Request deletion of your Spark Birds account

If you created a Spark Birds account, you can request account deletion and associated data deletion.

How to request deletion

  1. Send an email to support using the button above.
  2. Include the Spark Birds account email address.
  3. Include the username if you know it.
  4. Do not include your password.

What we delete

  • Account profile data associated with the app account.
  • Saved predictions and account-linked content, subject to policy and legal constraints.
  • Other user data associated with the account where deletion is appropriate.
Spark Birds may need to retain some information for legitimate reasons such as fraud prevention, security, abuse investigations, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Where retention is necessary, the retained data will be limited to what is reasonably required for those purposes.

How long deletion may take

Deletion requests are not always instantaneous. Spark Birds may require time to verify the request, process related records, and complete the deletion. We may contact you if additional information is needed to confirm account ownership.
